Made a favorite meal today (3-bean vegan salad) instead of going and getting some fast food and a basket full of cakes and candies like I had been craving! I officially decided to go off sugar and processed foods. And fast food as well! It just makes me feel like I'm sick 😝 So I'll try to keep only fresh fruits and veggies and make homemade meals for myself!! Also cut back on carbs! I want to reserve sugar and carbs for special occasions and weekends! I am also going to be drinking more water and fresh squeezed fruits and veggies hopefully! NEW START FOR THIS GIRL!!! Feeling excited for my new journey 😁😍😎
